RACE RULES AND INFORMATION
This event will be a timed/laps race. The time accrual of all predetermined laps will be used to
set final finish positions and winner of each class. Time will start once any part of a team
crosses the start line. Time will stop when any two tires of the same axle crosses the finish line
on the final lap.
CLASS RULES
STOCK CLASS: Stock class will be identified as 35 inch tire or lower as measured horizontally
at the center of the hub.
MODIFIED CLASS: Modified class will be identified as 35.1 inch tire to 38 inch as measured
horizontally at the center of the hub.
UNLIMITED CLASS: Unlimited class will be identified as 38.1 inch tire and up as measured
horizontally at the center of the hub.
COURSE DESIGN
The entire track will be bordered with yellow caution tape and signs pointing in the correct
direction of travel. It will be up to the driver and co-driver to determine the best route through the
entire track. There
WILL
be some areas of the track that will bottleneck down to one lane or
have two different options to come back to the same location with a buffer between the lanes.
PRE-RUNNING
Pre-running or “practice day” can only occur during posted dates and times. All drivers/co-
drivers MUST have completed registration prior to pre-running, this includes signing all
necessary waivers and paying all fees. Pre-running will require helmets and the proper safety
equipment in all classes. Pre-running is intended to learn the course, NOT race the course.
Once the vehicle has entered the course for pre-run that team is now considered entered into
the race and there will be NO refunds given for any reason.
NO CHASE RACE RULE
There will be no outside assistance allowed from any party to aid in furthering your race.
Recovery crews will be provided for help only in up righting an overturned vehicle or removing a
vehicle from a dangerous portion of the course. Assigned staff recovery teams will not assist
any team with repairs, towing to the pits or any help that aids further progress on the course. If
an assigned staff recovery member is used to move a stuck vehicle from a dangerous portion of
the course they can only move the vehicle back from the direction it came and only as far as
needed to make it safe for other teams to pass. Once a vehicle is un stuck it may proceed with
the remaining portion of its race. Drivers or co-drivers may leave their vehicle on course in a
NON dangerous location and return on foot to a pit location to retrieve parts or tools needed to
repair their own vehicle. During such trip NO ONE may aid them with the trip or retrieval of parts
or tools except another vehicle in the same race. The penalty for breaking any portion of this
rule is DIQUALIFICATION.
OUT OF BOUNDS
The entire course has an out of bounds line that will be determined by caution tape. If any
vehicle is more than 75% out of bounds in order to advance the team in race standings they will
be disqualified. The exception to this rule is only allowed when there are safety concerns on the
course.
DISQUALIFICATION
The driver or co-driver, while out of the vehicle, may not touch the vehicle in an effort to aid
movement. The vehicle must be completely stopped (including tire movement) prior to any team
member touching the vehicle or reaching into the passenger compartment. If driver or co-driver
does any of the previous mentioned the team will be disqualified.

Seat belts must be worn at all times while driving or riding in a vehicle during an event. This
applies to all passengers and includes during pre-running, as well as to and from the pits.
All teams in unlimited class are required to have a 4 or 5 point harness system. Belt tightness is
to be determined by the driver at his/her own discretion as the driver assumes all risks involved
with belt tightness. Every driver must wear and lock all tightness is to be determined by the
